Our story

Tall Pines Distillery Chambersburg is a family-owned and operated moonshine distillery in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. Nestled in the Cumberland Valley at the crossroads of Route 11 and Orchard Drive, we’re carrying on an old Appalachian tradition - moonshine, music, and freedom.

We carry on the art of handcrafted products created with traditional recipes. Same offerings as our founding location in Salisbury, PA—legal moonshine made the old-fashioned way, with real ingredients and natural flavors.

Classic flavors

Tall Pines Distillery offers unique moonshine you will not find anywhere else. Signature flavors year-round, plus seasonal specialties—matching our founding location in Salisbury. We use real ingredients and natural flavors.

Huckleberry

60 proof

Handcrafted in small batches from Pennsylvania grain, with natural wild huckleberry and cane sugar. Sweet and tangy. Pairs well with lemonade.

Bananas Foster

60 proof

Small-batch moonshine made with real bananas and caramel. No artificial flavors or colors. Gold medal at the New York International Spirits Competition. Try it in a piña colada, an Old Fashioned, or with ice cream.

Apple Pie

70 proof

Real apple cider and cinnamon, like fall apple pie. Mix it with cider, or with ginger beer and lime, or drink it neat.

Café Mocha

80 proof

Colombian espresso beans and cocoa infused into moonshine, lightly sweetened with cane sugar. Shake it with espresso for a mocha martini.

Pine Top

100 proof

Unaged moonshine. Replaces clear spirits in mix drinks.

Pine Sap

Vanilla cinnamon moonshine made with Madagascar vanilla beans and cinnamon, lightly sweetened for sipping.

Lumberjacked Apple
